How to enter the awards
The 2025 UK Games Expo Awards submissions are open 1st October. We will announce our short list on 6th May and the Judges Award winners on 12th May. The Judges Awards will be presented at the Show Preview on Thursday 29th May.
The public can vote on the short listed games at the show. You can find out who has won the Peoples Choice Awards at 3pm on Sunday 1st June.
To enter your games into the UK Games Expo Awards 2025 you need to read and follow these steps carefully. Please make sure you complete every step. Note that submitted games are not returned to you.
Important note: you will not be able to enter the awards unless you have a stand at the show.
- Brush up on our Award Rules.
- Visit your exhibitor portal here and click on awards and fill in the form. You must also upload images as instructed. This link will only work if you have booked a stand at the show and have linked your account to it. See this FAQ.
- Post your games (including RPG games or products) to:
