Photography and Filming Policy
“Say Cheese"
The UK Games Expo is a fantastic venue for photography, and we understand the visitor's desire to capture memories through photos and videos.
We ask that you be courteous while taking pictures. It's fine to photograph yourself and your friends for personal use, and photos of the trade halls and games are generally acceptable. However, please ask for permission before photographing individuals and obtain parental consent when photographing children.
Respect anyone who declines to have their photo taken.
- When sharing images on social media or blogs, please provide proper attribution.
- Commercial use of images or videos without written permission from UK Games Expo Ltd is prohibited.
- Media members: reporters, podcasters, or bloggers should apply for a press pass to capture content for media purposes. Filming and photography are only allowed in our leased areas at the NEC and Hilton; security may ask you to stop if you film outside these spaces.
- Please note that On TableTop, Asmodee UK, and other media may be filming and live-streaming. By purchasing tickets, attendees consent to this activity, allowing these entities to use footage and images for marketing purposes.
However, once you've followed these guidelines, feel free to tag us on social media using hashtags #UKGamesExpo and #UKGE2025.
Third-Party Video Policy.
On Table Top offers third-party filming services for UKGE from the main stage in Hall 2.
If you are a media company interested in providing broadcasting services to UKGE exhibitors at the event, or if you are an exhibitor looking to have your media company broadcast from the expo, please contact the organizers. Note that there is a media fee associated with these services.
