Flyer and Off Stand promotion Policy

Please ensure you have read and understood our policy below:

• Traders and exhibitors, including the Cosplay groups, may only hand out fliers from their stands.
• We do not allow traders (or anyone else) to wander around the show halls handing out flyers!
• The only exhibitors sanctioned to do this are Major and Associate Sponsors.
• We do have a range of promotional and marketing options available, both online and at the show.
