Ticketing
About Ticketing
- All participants must have a UK Games Expo Entry ticket for the day(s) of their events to enter the hall. Income from the Entry Tickets are retained by UKGE.
- You and your Tournament staff are responsible for ensuring that all players have a valid UKGE entry ticket for each event in which they participate.
- If the tournament spans multiple days, each player must have a valid UKGE Entry ticket for each day.
- In terms of the event ticket price, you have the freedom to set the fee for your events (some suggested figures are provided below).
- Ticket sales would be handled through the event listed on the UKGE website, and you may invoice us for the ticket income after UKGE.
- It's important to note that these tickets are subject to a 20% VAT, which we will forward to HMRC.
When invoicing us, please provide the ticket price excluding VAT. - You and your staff are expected to check that all players have a valid Event Ticket. If they have not purchased a valid event ticket UKGE cannot return those sales to you.
