Self Hosted Events

If you wish to host promotional tournaments or special events at your stand, you do not need to submit an application through the event system.
These events can include game demonstrations, tournaments, presentations by your staff or designers, or other special activities. Please note that all events must take place within your designated stand space, and UKGE does not provide any additional resources to support these events.
To add your events to the system, please go to your Exhibitor Portal and navigate to the “Manage Events” section.
