Event Access

You will gain access to your event space approximately 60 minutes before your event starts. There may be another event ongoing in that area finishing at this time. If you have extensive setup requirements, please provide details in your submission so we can schedule additional time between events.

In Show

• The allocated space will be available for the duration of your tournament. We will discuss your event timings before approval.
• You are advised to schedule approximately 30 minutes for player registration.
• You must keep to your event timings to avoid impacting following events or needing to shorten your own event
• The Gaming Hall will be available from 11.30 on Friday and Saturday and until 17.00 on Sunday.
