Running an Event
Events at UKGE
Every year, UKGE hosts hundreds of events over 3 days at the NEC, Hilton Metropole Hotel, and the Living History Village.
While UKGE organises a small number of events, most are curated by members of the board gaming and tabletop community, including individuals, community groups, academics, and exhibiting companies. Anyone can submit events for consideration, but due to time and space limitations, not all submissions can be guaranteed.

Individuals community-based clubs or organisations, and exhibitors with no specific affiliation.
Various lengths
Events can be different lengths, from just a few hours to spanning several days.

We are happy to facilitate an event should there be sufficient interest from players
Submit your own
All event applications are encouraged and will be considered.
To submit or edit an event, you'll need a UKGE account, which you can set up if you don't have one.
