The Recruitment Gauntlet - SHIVER Epic

The first ever multi-table Epic ran using SHIVER: Roleplaying Tales in the Strang and Unknown (The Horror Movie Roleplaying Game!). 

Compete with other tables to succeed in this terror filled job interview - or risk being forever branded as inadequate. And also, death.

"Finding a new job is a special kind of torture. It’s all forms, constant probing, and the ever present threat of bloody murder. The latter might only apply if you happened to submit an application to Cornwell Consolidated but, wouldn’t you know it, they were looking for someone just like you…

Their company values include:

• Dedicated and Motivated (translation: works hard for little financial compensation).
• Trustworthy and able to Exercise Discretion (translation: keep your mouth shut, and it will stay on your face).
• Not off put by potential decapitation, disintegration, or dissemination of atoms into different dimensions (translation: this ones actually pretty literal).

Survive this maze of murderous managerial madness and human resource led recruitment rage gone wrong, and you might just land yourself with a new (unpaid) internship. Give the wrong answer, slip up on the practice test, or look at your interviewer slightly wrong and things may look less positive. 

Let’s just focus on surviving this interview, shall we?"

SHIVER is an easy to learn and play adaptable horror movie experience, so come on in and try it out - just don't forget to try your best to not get eaten alive…
