Battle of Britain Bolt Action GT

A two day, five game Bolt Action Grand Tournament hosted in the heart of the UK at the largest Hobby Games Convention in the country!

This tournament is unapologetically a competitive event, and players will be expected to bring their A game and attempt to out-think and outplay their opponents on the day. To not discourage the more casual player, we tend to find that being up front and admitting that people will be trying to win leads to a more fun & relaxed day. We know what we are all here for after all! This is not an excuse for poor sportsmanship; our #1 rule is showing respect to your opponents and each other. Players will compete on merit & skill rather than underhand techniques to abuse their way to victory. Callous behaviour or unsporting habits (not declaring before rolling, slow playing etc) is not acceptable and any outright cheating will be a one-way ticket out the door.

To further emphasise our style of event, only small token awards will be given to the top placed players, as winning is the reward itself. Instead, all the prizes will be raffled off to random entrants regardless of placement. Therefore, please do not feel you need to be God’s gift to Bolt Action to attend. You could come, lose every game, and still walk away with a smile on your face and a new army box under your arm!
