TO KEEP YOUR TICKETS YOU MUST ACT!
If you booked tickets for UK Games Expo before March 20th you need to tell us that you want to keep them for August.
On the 27th April every order where you have not asked to keep your tickets will be automatically refunded.
To keep your tickets for entry and events please visit your customer account on the website:
https://www.ukgamesexpo.co.uk/accounts/login/
You will find an option to ‘Keep my Orders’ .
Please select the “keep my orders” button and your order will be maintained for the August show.
Please ensure you have done this by Monday 27th April.
On Monday 27th April we will refund all orders purchased before March 18th 2020 where you have not requested to keep them.
