All I want for Christmas is a UK Games Expo

In this time of continuing uncertainty we'd like to share our plans for UKGE.

We are being carefully optimistic.

National and local restrictions permitting, we are aiming to run a physical show in June 2021: Friday 4th - Sunday 6th.

What is the plan?

We are planning for two possible forms of a show. A normal show with as many of the features as you expect to see at a UKGE or a socially distanced event. This would include, attendee bubbles who can play games together, demos, tournaments and live shows. Extra space in the trade halls and reduced daily ticket numbers to keep everyone safe.

Until we know what is allowed we must plan for both eventualities but can't give you any more info until we know this ourselves.

Tickets Sales.

We'd normally have had a count down to ticket sales going live on 1st December. As we are still working on plans for the show we plan to open ticket sales at Easter. You will be given notice on all our social and electronic platforms! Please stay tuned.

Check your hotels are refundable...

Our show dates are not likely to change this year but if you can book hotels, please make sure the room is refundable in case of any changes to the event.

Exhibitors: more news will follow...

We are now starting the process of contacting all our exhibitors and sponsors about attending the show and will be publishing our exhibitor pack in the next few weeks and look forward to those conversations.
