What do do if you are not happy with UKGE
In advance of the UK Games Expo (UKGE), please use our contact form to inform us of any issues.
During the UK Games Expo, if any visitors experience an event or situation that causes distress, discomfort, or makes them feel unsafe or threatened, they should first report the matter to the UKGE front desk team. They can also approach any of our Yellow Shirt Volunteers, Green Shirt Team Leaders, or Blue Shirted Ambassadors, all of whom will work to resolve the issue.
Exhibitors are encouraged to report problems to the Exhibitor Services stand in Hall 1 or to speak with any volunteer who can connect them with their hall team leader or Floor Manager at the event.
Volunteers have their own procedures and policies in place.
