We know that great flavour takes time and care, so we've been preparing your meal for more than 2 days!

All our locally sourced, British meat is rubbed in our own recipe rub, left to soak it up for 24 hours, then slowly smoked over mesquite chips for many, many hours.

All meat is served with home-made sauces.
