COMPLAINTS

What to do if you have a problem, grievance or complaint

The Event attracts a wide range of Attendees of all ages and the Organisers aim to provide a safe environment in which all Attendees as well as those attending as traders, volunteers, or Venue staff may enjoy the opportunity to see, play and buy the widest range of games.

In order to ensure that this environment is maintained all Attendees, Volunteers and Exhibitors are requested to behave in a manner which is respectful to others, regardless of race, sex, age or religion, and is suitable for a situation in which children will be present. The Organisers have put in place a series of policies to promote this environment which all present must adhere to.

Never the less sometimes things go wrong. If anything occurs either in advance of UKGE or at the convention that you wish to raise with us here is how you find out what to do.

What to do if you have a problem, grievance or complaint:

In advance of UKGE please see our contacts page to find out who to talk to about any problems

At UK Games Expo itself any visitors who encounter an event or person who causes distress or discomfort should make a member of the UKGE team aware as soon as possible. This includes blue shirted Ambassadors, yellow shirted General Volunteers or green shirted Team Leaders or any member of staff at the ticket desks. Once we are aware of the problem you can be assured we will take your complaint seriously and do our best to resolve the situation

Exhibitors should approach Keith Thomasson (Trader Liaison) or John Dodd (Floor manager) at the show.

Volunteers have their own procedures - see volunteer policy.
